Processing Times

Many of our products are handmade
to order, and thus we require 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank
Holidays) to dispatch your order. We will send a confirmation email when your
order has been dispatched, including a tracking service if this has been
selected.Products ordered from our stock may be dispatched sooner, and we will
always aim to keep wait periods to a minimum where possible.

  • Domestic Shipping

    FREE UK Delivery: Spend over £60 and receive free
    First Class delivery. This is a tracked service and a signature will be
    required. (3-5 days*)

    Standard Service: First Class Large
    Letter: £1.85 (3-5 days*)

    Signed For Service: Signature required on delivery.

    Large Letter: £2.50 (1-3 days*)

    Small Parcel: £5.00 (1-3 days*)

    Standard Service: International Standard Large Letter:

    Europe Delivery Aim: 3-5 days* | Worldwide Delivery Aim:
    6-7 days*

    International Tracked &
    Signed Service:     Signature required on delivery. Automatically applied to
    any order exceeding £25 in value.

    Large Letter: £8.55

    Small Parcel: £10.20

    (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Please note that Discovered by Darcy are not
responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure that all delivery and
Personal Information provided is correct to your knowledge; once dispatched it
is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel. Should your parcel
not arrive in the given timeframe, please make a claim through Royal Mail. If
