Our Policy

Discovered by Darcy accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition.

These items may be exchanged for goods of the same value, or refunded. You must contact us to initiate a return within 14 days of the date your order was dispatched.

We uphold high quality control standards, but if there is an issue with your order please do reach out and we will be happy to support you with a resolution.

If your item(s) have arrived with defects, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are not notified of a faulty product within 72 hours of receipt, it may no longer qualify for a refund or replacement.

When contacting us regarding faulty product, please email us at - include a clear photograph and a description of defects. We will evaluate this and get back to you as quickly as we can, however please allow five working days for a response.

  • Return Process:

    • 1. Initiate a Return; please reach out to us via the Contact page.
    • 2. The responsibility of shipping costs back to us lies with the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • 3. Items returned must be in perfect condition; unworn, undamaged and in any original packaging. Non-saleable goods returned to us may not be eligible for a refund.
    • 4. Once your return has been receieved and item(s) have been inspected, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method, or produce/issue your replacement. If the item(s) does not pass inspection a refund will not be issued.
    • 5. Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
  • Restrictions:

    1. Personalised goods; includes items generic in nature (Birthday, Holiday, Celebration etc).

    2. Altered items (such as amending colours, slogans or designs, and
    including alterations made by the customer).

    3. Items purchased during a sale or in any promotion.

    4. Items contributing to a multi-buy discount (includes 'Free Shipping' and other promotions).

    5. Custom Orders - to include all non-stock product, such as unique custom pieces, adjusted slogans or slogans offered on non-standard items.

    6. Mystery Items - all items sold sight-unseen are non-returnable.
